Dear Parent or Guardian:

This letter is to inform you that effective August 20, 2009 school buses will pick up students under the canopy during inclimate weather days.  Therefore, the buses will line up in front of the school and the cars will wait until all the children have loaded the buses. Once the buses have left campus the cars will be directed to pull up to the front of the school in the yellow loading zones. Students are only allowed to be picked up in the two loading zones and not the middle lane.  If you have any questions concerning inclimate weather bus procedure, please contact Darryl Porter.  Thanks for your help with this matter.
